The Blue Door Theatre is bringing back one of its most exciting events of the year, Cage Match, an improv showdown where teams battle for glory and audience applause! The high-energy competition returns this July and August, and the search is on for Spokane’s funniest and most fearless improv teams.

Cage Match is a head-to-head improv competition where competing teams perform 20-minute sets each night. The audience decides who moves forward, and the winning team advances through the tournament bracket to the semi-finals and, ultimately, to the Cage Match Finals. The team that wins the final round will be crowned the Cage Match Champion.

Teams of 2–8 performers are welcome to apply. Whether you are a seasoned troupe or a new group looking to test yourselves, Cage Match is your chance to shine and win the crowd.

Our box office opens a half-hour before showtime. We provide concessions consisting of snacks, soda, and water.

Refund request will only be accepted 24 hours prior to show day. After that time, refunds will not be issued. We can transfer your ticket to another date. Refunds are not issued on transferred tickets. Please note, service fees are not refundable.
